The property was improved by removing the unattractive overgrown landscaping materials that obstructed the view of the residence on approach. The walkway to the front door was in need of repair, and the resident desired the area in front of the residence to be protected. A fence and gate were additionally installed adjacent to the drive. The planting beds were mulched, and the lawn was regraded and reseeded. The work was done in the fall with time for the plantings to set and the lawn to establish so the property will look its best in the early spring.
